An Attitude of Gratitude
Happy turkey week from your favorite vegetarian! I personally view Thanksgiving as an opportunity to practice more gratitude, and I’ve been doing this recently by journaling in my Passion Planner. For the month of November, I’ve been taking advantage of the monthly calendar section to write down one thing I’m grateful for every day. I’ve kept a gratitude journal for the past four years, but looking at a monthly layout of gratitude has made this practice feel extra special.
I also taught my first Yoga with Anjali private class last weekend! It was so nice getting to connect with an intimate group of like-minded individuals. As always, let me know if you have any questions or requests to host a yoga class for your friends, family members, workplace, school club, etc. I’m a strong believer that giving someone the gift of health and wellness is always worthwhile, especially during the holidays! Teaching last week’s class made me miss all of you so much, and I hope you can join me this weekend for a free community class!
