Grace
Hi, happy holidays! It’s so crazy to say that already, but here we are! I’ve been working as a contact tracer and with cases rising, work has been crazyyy. I’m going to start working weekends now, so I wanted to teach one last yoga class for the month before we really head into the holiday season!
This week, I’ve been focusing on the intention of giving myself grace, rather than striving for absolute perfection. I’m giving myself permission to journey through experiences in my own style and to allow myself to learn along the way. Here’s a friendly reminder to hold yourself to a standard of grace and to be proud of the growth you’ve accomplished to get to this point in your life. If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed by the opinions of others or your own desire for perfection, try to be gentle with yourself instead and to give yourself grace. You deserve it! Let’s flow this out in yoga:
