Slow It Down

Slow it down—a moody, yet always wonderful, song by the Lumineers, and an ongoing reminder for ourselves.

It’s been about six months (wow!) of being forced to slow down, to cancel events and travel plans, and to spend more time indoors. My Passion Planner has been looking a little sad lately with work dominating my days, so I’ve been taking action to shake things up! I’ve been making a conscious effort to schedule in time for myself; this has allowed me to slow down, and consequently feel more energized and productive.

We’ll practice slowing down together in the best way I know how to—through yoga. Tri Delta at Berkeley invited me to teach a class for their sisterhood event, so we get to flow with these lovely friends from my alumni chapter! I already gave them a heads-up that I love sharing yoga with this blog community, so all are welcome as usual. I can’t wait to see you! Here’s the yoga details:
