Is This Adulting?!
Happy Wednesday!
I just started a job training on Monday, and boy have I been feeling a bit exhausted by the 8-5 days. I wanted to share some self-care reminders with you that I’ve been focusing on:
Meditate: This is such a great way to manage any additional stress you’ve been feeling. I’ve been using the Calm app to start my day with a centered and focused mindset.
Exercise: Get those endorphins going! Working out is good for your body and mind, so incorporate a fitness routine that makes you happy.
Soak Up the Sun: Follow the protocols like masking and distancing, but do what you can to safely enjoy being outdoors. Just having lunch outside in your backyard can brighten your day!

Connect with Others: Schedule in time to talk to a family member or friend, work out together in the same Zoom class, or even use Netflix Party for a laid-back night.
