Flowing with Gratitude
Hey what’s up hello—it’s been awhile since we yoga’d together!
I’ve been exploring over the past few weeks and spending lots of extra time outdoors. I visited Olivia in Truckee/Tahoe and AJ at Sequoia National Park. It was my first time in both locations, and boy were they beautiful! We masked, distanced, spent most time outside, and did lots of cooking at home. I feel the most grounded when I’m on my mat or in the forest (especially with some of my favorite people!) and have been feeling extra grateful since.
I also got a full-time job! I’ll be working as a contact tracer and starting in the next couple of weeks. I’m planning on teaching still on the weekends, but will update you if anything changes.
