Turn Thoughts into Actions
As we finish up the first month of the year, I wanted to take the time to check in. How are you, really? How are your manifestations for this year going? Regardless of your answer, we always have the opportunity to begin again and to shake things up. Although the new year marks new beginnings, we can also find that spirit every day if we choose to. During this last week of the month, I’m focusing on reassessing my manifestations for the year. For example, I wrote down at the start of the month that I wanted to create a Pinterest board or a desktop wallpaper dedicated to one of my goals. Although I’ve been “pinning” lots of inspirational quotes, I also like to avoid screen time, so it honestly hasn’t served me too well. Instead, I’ve started hanging up prints and book pages in my room. This has allowed my goals to resonate even more since my prints are the first thing I see when I wake up and the last thing I see before I fall asleep. There’s no right way to go about achieving your goals, so give yourself grace and permission to change things up. Our manifestations cannot flourish without our passion and commitment to show up for ourselves and our goals. This week, I’m dedicating my energy to the goals I set at the beginning of the year, and I hope you join me too.
Let’s flow these ideas out in yoga! Many of you have been asking in some form how to “tip” for class, so I thought I would provide my (very optional) Venmo: @anjali18. Your generosity and spontaneous Venmo’s over the past year have made my day, and just showing up for class is already more than enough! If you’d like to gift a private yoga class to yourself or your loved ones, or bring yoga to your workplace, you can support my small business Yoga with Anjali. With that said, let’s do some yoga! Here are the class details:
When: Saturday, January 30 from 10:30-11:30 AM (PST)

Thank you so much to those of you who filled out both polls on social media in regards to which time for class works best. It’s never been a 50/50 vote, so I appreciate your help in choosing a time when most people can make it. I’m soooo excited to see all of your lovely faces!!
This week’s intention: The most powerful thing we can do with what we choose is to regularly re-choose it.
