You Are Exactly Where You Need to Be
I’ve found recently that when I’m notified of photo memories or when my friends and I discuss how our lives were before the pandemic, it’s easy to think that the present doesn’t even compare to how our lives were one year ago. I miss live music, senior year of college, teaching yoga in person, international travel, the list goes on and on. A year ago though, I was also planning for the future, aka where I’m at right now in my life. I was deciding how I wanted to spend my gap year before medical school and where I wanted to travel during this time off. Thinking about how things should have been or how they should be can interfere with recognizing that the present moment is already pretty great! I’m looking forward to moving through this intention with all of you in our upcoming yoga class. I also don’t have to work on Sundays anymore, so I’m extra excited about teaching this one! Here are the class details:
