We All Scream for Nice Cream!
Nice cream—ice cream, but better for you! I love a good scoop of (normal) ice cream, but nice cream has a sweet spot in my heart. It’s easy to make and you control what goes into it. Plus, it’s the perfect treat on a sunny summer day. Here’s the recipe:
Total Time: 10 minutes
Yield: 3 small mason jars
Ingredients/Instructions
1 frozen banana
2 Medjool dates
1/4 cup of cacao nibs
4-5 pieces of dark chocolate
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
1 cup of oat milk
Ice (ice baby)
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
